The consent screen is the control. You choose which scopes to grant, and you can untick any of them — the server intersects your choices with what the connector requested, so it can only ever get less than it asked for. Access tokens are opaque and revocable at any time from your PersonIQ account, which kills the connector immediately without affecting your API keys.
No. 4 of the 18 tools are free to call, including the account balance check, so you can confirm the connector works before you buy a single credit.
No. PersonIQ is not a consumer reporting agency and its data is not a consumer report, so it may not be used for employment, credit, insurance, housing or tenancy decisions under the FCRA. The restriction applies to anything you ask a connected assistant to do, not just to direct API calls.
Connector availability is set by OpenAI and varies by plan. If yours does not offer them, the same endpoint speaks plain JSON-RPC over HTTP and can be called from a backend, an Action, or any tool-calling framework with a bearer API key.
